I have a long history with spirituality and different transformational practices. I’ve been in a Mastership program with the Vywamus Foundation for several years now. A lot of my training has been on identifying denial and my reactions to my denial in its many forms. It’s not easy stuff and I don’t know if it can be effectively passed on though a blog. I may have to shift to different media types.

In 2004 I hiked the Appalachian Trail. It was a fantasic adventure and I got to experience magic and near-instant manifestation first hand. I am also writing this blog for past thru hikers.  Many of them get home from their 2,200 mile journey and ask themselves “what now?  get a job?  same old, same old?”.  It’s like being royalty for six months and suddenly you’re a commoner again.
