Pete,

Found your site via StevePavlina and I like your explainations. I'm still trying to understand SR and denial and your words are helping.

Keep, keeping it simple for us dummies!

There's a book I'd buy 'SR for dummies'

Thanks

I will have to do a post on the root and also the polarity between the heart and root that many people have.

My pain could come from the hips and/or back. I'm getting an MRI tomorrow. I can't live without knowing what's going on in there. I still like modern medicine I guess.

I am definitely starting yoga when I feel better. I have been seeing yoga magazines everywhere and now your comment above. I'm going to be working with my body more and being more conscious with it and my mental and emotional self.

Ah the root chakra... I too would like to hear more of your thoughts about that. And would also be interested to know where you place the sciatic pain you're having, is that first or second chakra? And is it really the back that is playing up, or the hips?
I practice yoga, and am finding that my back issues actually seem to stem from my tight hips, and this is where sciatic comes from too.
We manifest our physical bodies as representations of our mental and emotion bodies - like you say, they are there as teachers and messengers, there to teach us... I think I'm going to go and do my yoga practice now actually. Thank you for another great post.
(And if you've never experienced yoga, I highly recommend it, especially for relieving sciatic pain. You MUST however find the right teacher and class, it is very easy to do more damage, especially when you are in the actue stage of a pain flare up. I don't recommend just lying around, regardless of what the doctors say. My sciatic was usually relieved with gentle movement, like walking on the flat, combined with gentle restorative yoga)
Much joy,
Kara-Leah

[...] I am creating all my experience now. That’s the underlying theme of this blog. You are the creator. And if you read this blog and apply it to your life situation, you will grow into a more conscious creator. Now, I didn’t consciously give myself this pain. Who would? If you’ve read Creatorship in the Now, you know that most all our choices are unconscious, so getting pain from nowhere doesn’t surprise me one bit. [...]

Yay, another article! I would like to hear more about that root chakra. It really is such an uncomfortable thing.
